Automatically build table

'Load scripts of table pace holders ' only Normally tables are build automatically after inserting in the document. If you wish to suppress this behavior, set gBuildTable to 0 (*gBuildTable = 0;), see here. If you change the value of gBuildTable to 0, you should build the table in the load script of the frame using table::build.
